RESPONSIBILITY POLICY FOR 3D MODEL PUBLICATIONS IN THE INDUSTRIAL AND PETROCHEMICAL SECTORS

The 3D models presented on this website are original creations, designed based on visual interpretations of satellite imagery and other publicly accessible sources. These representations are developed solely for the author's technical and self-promotional purposes and do not constitute exact, authorized, or certified reproductions of any real infrastructure, project, corporation, or industrial system in the industrial or petrochemical sectors.

1. Origin and Purpose of the 3D Models
Each model has been created through general observations of configurations visible in satellite images. Due to the inherent limitations of this source, the designs do not reflect technical specifications, internal details, or real operational information. The author’s purpose is to demonstrate Piping Design capabilities and promote augmented and/or immersive technical solutions for the industrial sector using advanced AI technologies.

2. Lack of Formal Association or Approval
The 3D models presented are not associated with, sponsored by, or approved by corporations, projects, or owners of the global infrastructures that served as visual references for their design. These models do not include names, trademarks, exact geographic coordinates [GPS], or identifiable information linking them directly to real facilities.
Exception: Geospatial metadata linked to the satellite images used in the model development, such as satellite code, capture date and time, spatial resolution, and coordinate systems. This metadata is the only information referenced by the author during the modeling process.

Markus Hormaza deems it essential to notify and cite the sources of satellite images that facilitated the development of these global infrastructure 3D models. This inclusion ensures transparency in the technical development process and protects the author’s integrity against ambiguities regarding the origin of the information used. The mention of satellite codes and inherent metadata is not intended to associate the models with specific infrastructures but serves as a legitimate and transparent resource supporting the author’s "original work." Such identification should be viewed as an added-value element, supporting the CAD and BIM modeling process, aligned with ethical and professional industry standards.

3. Technical and Commercial Focus
The published 3D models are neither digital twins nor accurate and functional reproductions of existing infrastructures. They are conceptual and stylized representations and should not be interpreted as a basis for technical design, operational analysis, or implementation in real industrial projects. Their value lies in showcasing the Piping Design capabilities of Markus Samael Hormaza Lopez, combined with the innovative integration of augmented and immersive AI technologies.

4. Disclaimer
Any similarity between these models and real-world structures is purely coincidental and unintentional. The author assumes no responsibility for misinterpretations or improper uses of the 3D models beyond the explicitly stated technical-commercial purposes.
