ÉKPHRASIS
Ékphrasis designs scenographic experiences where technology and narrative align to shape spaces that respond directly to the style and perception of individuals. Specializing in exhibitions, events, and performances, we integrate scenography, lighting, and sound through CADD and BIM methodologies, applied as precision tools to ensure each structure fulfills its functional and experiential purpose.
Our essence is structural clarity: every design decision—from geometry to atmosphere—aims to contain and enhance interaction, turning scenography into a reliable support for the experience.
DESIGN ELEMENTS
Perception-Centered Design: Optimization of visibility, acoustics, and flow from the attendee’s perspective, anticipating their sensory journey.
Technology Serving Experience: Platforms, LED screens, and projection mapping that amplify the narrative without disrupting event dynamics.
Planned Technical Harmony: Lighting and sound integrated from concept to eliminate interference and ensure immersive coherence.
Relational Precision: Use of CADD and BIM to foresee and resolve technical conflicts, guaranteeing that the final structure operates smoothly.
Ékphrasis Principle: Every line, volume, and effect describes and makes present the event’s intention, turning scenography into a shared spatial narrative.
TECHNOLOGICAL APPROACH
CADD for Immediacy: Fast 2D/3D prototyping that enables quick iteration toward solutions aligned with objectives.
BIM for Trust: Multidisciplinary data management that ensures transparent budgets and precise execution.
Technology as Mediator: Technical implementation projects the promoter’s identity and becomes the invisible support of visitor perception.
Experiential Outcome: Spaces where narrative, interaction, and special effects work in harmony, making each individual feel like an active participant.
SERVICES
Purposeful Scenographic Design: Creation of temporary and permanent structures that embody the event’s identity from the first visual and physical contact.
Emotive Lighting: Atmosphere design with DMX control, mapping, and dynamics that accompany collective mood.
Immersive Sound: Acoustic systems that transform space into a coherent and personalized sound experience.
Technical Documentation: Realistic renderings, detailed plans, and operational manuals that ensure faithful execution of the concept.
Narrative Consulting: Integration of rhythms and symbolic structures into design, legitimizing the experience as a shared act.
HIGHLIGHTS
-LIVE VIOLIN DINING – ORCHESTRATED INTIMACY
Exclusive stage structure for a high-level dining experience. The design created rapport through a private scenography that embraced the diner, with warm lighting and precise acoustics that turned every note into an intimate dialogue with the soloist.
-UNDERGROUND MINIMAL TECHNO – COLLECTIVE SYNCHRONY
Hangar-style structural design for electronic music. The architecture, with its light and sound systems, not only enveloped but also connected the attendees on a common frequency, transforming the space into a pulsating organism of group cohesion.
-UNDERGROUND FESTIVAL OF THE RED DRAGON GRIMOIRE – STRUCTURED CATHARSIS
BIM technical coordination for a high-intensity concert. The detachable macrostructure was designed to channel and legitimize the audience’s energy, supporting stridency and pyrotechnics, holographic projection with Artificial Intelligence, artistic performance in the Gore genre, and dramatization of blood magic to summon Lovecraftian deities and Goethe’s Germanic figures—turning chaos into a shared ceremony of liberation.
